Common questions
How far in advance should we book a wedding planner?
We recommend enquiring 9–18 months ahead for full planning, though we accommodate shorter timelines when availability allows.
Do you plan weddings outside London?
Yes. We plan and coordinate across London, Essex, Hertfordshire, Surrey, Kent and Sussex.
What is included in on-the-day coordination?
We manage the supplier schedule, direct setup, cue key moments and resolve issues discreetly so you can stay present with guests.
What’s the difference between a wedding planner and a wedding coordinator?
A wedding planner is involved throughout the planning process, helping you make decisions from the beginning. A wedding coordinator steps in closer to the wedding day to bring all your plans together and ensure everything is executed seamlessly.
Do you coordinate cultural weddings?
Yes! We have experience coordinating multicultural celebrations, including Nigerian, Yoruba, Ghanaian, Caribbean, and traditional English weddings. We understand that every culture has its own traditions and we’re committed to ensuring they’re honoured beautifully.
Do I still need a coordinator if my venue has one?
Yes. A venue coordinator looks after the venue and its operations. A wedding coordinator works solely for you, overseeing every aspect of your day, including your suppliers, timeline, bridal party, family, and personal details.
